Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package has shipped.

We offer reliable tracked shipping via Canada Post or UPS, depending on your location and order size.

$12 CAD flat-rate shipping on orders under $150

$25 CAD expedited shipping (1–2 business days)
Shipping estimates do not include processing time, weekends, or holidays.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We’re excited to serve our US customers! All US orders are shipped with tracked shipping via Canada Post/USPS or UPS, depending on destination and package size.

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on customs processing or carrier delays—especially during the transition to new US import regulations beginning August 29, 2025.
We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Customs & Duties – USA
Due to recent changes in US import laws, all US orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, regardless of order value.
These fees are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

📝 Additional Information
Address Changes
Once an order is processed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check your information before completing checkout.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-delivery, or refusal, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We’ll contact you once the item is returned to us.
Shipping Delays
All shipping timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen events after your order has shipped.
