Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns for store credit or exchange on full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery.
Please email tanya@veriperi.ca with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason. We'll reply with next steps and return instructions.
Return Eligibility Checklist
To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must:

Be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unused

Be free from deodorant, makeup, perfume, or other marks

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

Be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are received worn, damaged, or past the return window.
Final Sale Items
We do not accept returns on:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please email tanya@veriperi.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. Keep all original packaging so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
Exchanges
We’re happy to process exchanges for a different size or colour, where available. Once we approve your return, we’ll issue store credit so you can reorder the correct item.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns are processed as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
US customers: Please clearly mark the package as “Canadian Goods Returning” to avoid customs fees.
Excessive Returns
We reserve the right to stop accepting returns from any account with a 50% return rate or higher over time.
